Many of our pens and gift items may be personalized or engraved with a company name or logo. Engraving (except for logos) is done on-site within 24 hours. We also offer special discounts on quantity orders, so check our corporate sales page for more details.

If an item can be engraved it will display the available fonts and number of lines on the product detail page. The fonts are determined by material type (metal or plastic). Non-engraveable items will not display the engraving options.

Please note that the maximum number of lines and characters shown for each engraveable product are approximate. So be sure to contact us if you have a special request. Just go to our Help page and use the customer service form.

We have been repairing and restoring fine writing instruments at Bromfield for over 50 years.

Factory authorized pen repairs on current models (Montblanc, Cross etc) as well as vintage pens are done in-house by Greg Byrne, a pen expert and repair specialist with over fifteen years experience, including apprentice with legendary pen repairman, George Salustro.

We have a huge inventory of antique pen parts and will do our best to resurrect your pens. Reasonable rates are a tradition here at Bromfield Pen Shop.

Please include your name, address, telephone number and a note regarding any specific problems. Upon receipt, Greg will send you a card or e-mail with estimate of cost. Then when payment is received he will repair your pen promptly. If you decide not to have your pen repaired he will return it to you at no cost.

We offer free gift wrapping on any order. To have an order wrapped, select the items for your order and proceed to the checkout page. There, you can choose to have your items wrapped for free and enter a note for the recipient.
